The TransPorters (March of Dimes)

So here is our official emblem of the TransPorters. If you haven’t been following the excitement on Facebook or Twitter, then you been missing out on the fundraising efforts of of my wife and I (mostly my wife). But we started raising money for a March of Dimes walk in celebration of Porter’s 1st birthday and to help support the efforts that go towards premature births. We originally set our goal as $350 dollars for each day that Porter was alive by the time we did the walk, but we found so much wonderful support. Before I knew it, Lori bumped up the goal to $2000. And we achieved it at 10:15pm, the night before the walk (just 11 hrs and 45 mins before we started the walk. Astounding!!!

I think it helped that we decided to make T-shirts. The front has the image below and had the text across the back. They look awesome! Now we have to one up ourselves next year. But it is worth it.
