So here is our official emblem of the TransPorters. If you haven’t been following the excitement on Facebook or Twitter, then you been missing out on the fundraising efforts of of my wife and I (mostly my wife). But we started raising money for a March of Dimes walk in celebration of Porter’s 1st birthday and to help support the efforts that go towards premature births. Porter’s Lobster Shack!
You must check out this lobster. It will make you “AWE”.
That is right, this is my son. And our first stop was the seafood department.
Of course he was in a pot. We didn’t have the proper gloves and you don’t want to hand them things any other way.
Lori evidently works for Porter’s L.S., while I am a tourist just looking for something that I can gobble up.

The needs of children
So today the family went out to purchase a new car seat. My boy is growing fast and will eventually be to big for the infant seat he has now. Conveniently there are varieties that can hold infants properly facing backwards in the car and then adapt to face forward and hold a toddler.
As exciting as this might be, it got me thinking how many “seats” my 5 mo. old already has. We had to make sure he was happy and have a bouncer, swing, and excersaucer. He has to sit up for the adjustment to …
